Daily Usage:
The Pine Haven Clubhouse is available for daily use by Pine Haven residents and limited guests (1-2) from DAWN to DUSK. This also applies to use of the Pool and the pool area.
The club house may be used for the following purposes:
A. Use of restroom facilities
B. Use of WIFI for phones and computers
C. Use tables and chairs for snacks and drinks while using the pool.
(NO GLASS ALLOWED)
D. Use of our library to choose or return books or to sit and read books
Board Approved Events:
The PH Board of Directors will approve usage of the club house for:
A. HOA board meetings - these meetings are open only to Board Members, Guardian employees and, optionally, PH condo owners. Tenants are not allowed to enter the club house while board meetings are in progress.
B. Community Events - these events are open to ALL residents of Pine Haven. During these events, the pool will be closed and use of the pool area is restricted to those attending the event.
Private Parties Are NOT Allowed:
Use of the club house for private parties has NOT been allowed for many years as stated in our Pine Haven Rules and Regulations. The PH Board of Directors reviewed this recently and decided NOT to change this rule for the following reasons:
A. The pool or clubhouse CANNOT be closed to Pine Haven residents for private use by a resident.
B. To avoid all potential liabilities that may be incurred by private use.
C. Pine Haven does not have the resources needed to manage such operations as scheduling usage, handling deposits and returns, oversight of time and checking the condition of the club house after private use.
